Shipping policy

All purchases made through our online store entitle the customers to free shipping to any destination in New Zealand. 

Due to the nature of the goods, we do not ship to PO Boxes, and we require the customer's signature at the time of receiving the delivery. Therefore, we can only ship to physical addresses.

We strive to dispatch all orders as soon as possible, and in any case, no later than within the 3 working days upon receiving the customer's order accompanied by the payment.
