This private and secure integrated zone also includes spacious carpark with two destination EV charging stations, comfortable Ladies & Gents toilets, scenic smoking corner, quality teak outdoors furniture with wide umbrellas, many great spots for photo taking. Your visit will be enjoyable at any weather, with the well-designed protection against strong sun, wind, rain and cold.

Limoncello Made at Home with Lemons from your garden – learn the secrets and technologies from our Distillers, avoid common mistakes and become a Limoncello-handcrafted Pro. Learn how to store, serve and use Limoncello in your sophisticated cocktails and moorish desserts. Sample Puhoi Organic Distillery’s artisan Limoncello and our unique Limoncello cocktails.

Science & Art of Enotherapy: Principles and techniques of Tinctures handcrafted at home – learn from our Distillers and our Doctor-Formulator how to create your own 100% natural remedies using your own herbs and botanicals. Stock up with the Food Grade alcohol of the necessary strength and quality, and learn the important safety principles of tincture handcrafting, storage and consumption.

Caviar Experience – learn how to discern the quality of caviar through sampling the world’s best Malossol Sturgeon Caviar imported by the New Zealand Caviar House. Learn how to correctly store, serve and pair Caviar with the finest alcoholic beverages.

Alex Kirichuk

Master Distiller Alex Kirichuk has a Degree in Nuclear Power Engineering awarded in 1975 by the Odessa State Polytechnic University. The 1986 Chernobyl Disaster caused Alex to become an avid supporter of environmental sustainability. Since then, Alex has been involved in numerous eco-friendly projects. In New Zealand he has long years of experience in creation of unique equipment and technology for Food & Beverage production. Alex is our Distiller, Brewmaster, Equipment Engineer, Company Director and Caviar Expert.

Doctor Iryna Kirichuk (MD)

is a specialist in Cardiology and Sports Medicine. She graduated as a Medical Doctor with Honours from Odessa National Medical University (Ukraine) in 1984, study Iryna, in the course of this highly specialized work, developed many natural remedies for overall good health and different ailments. In New Zealand she is now using her many years of medical training to good effect in formulating a wide range of Functional Adaptogenic Beverages (Herbal Tonics & Spirits) through the use of her own method of practical application of Natural Adaptogens and Enotherapy (Science and Art of treatment with alcohol-based remedies). She is the go-to person for all the private event bookings of our panoramic Cellar Door Venue: Tastings, Corporates, Master Classes, Weddings, Birthday & Anniversary celebrations, Hen & Stag parties, etc. As the Director of New Zealand Caviar House & Caviarologist, Victoria supplies our business with the top-quality Caviar.
