In our stock you will find fresh unpasteurised Malossol Sturgeon Caviar from one of the world’s best aquafarms located in the Ukraine. This is top quality gourmet vacuum-packed product, which requires strict adherence to temperature-controlled storage (from -2 to -4°C). Upon opening of the Caviar jar, it can be stored in ordinary fridge (from 0 to +8 C) for up to 48 hours.
This rare, exotic & valuable product falls under the category of perishable chilled foods, and must be transported in a swift and chilled (but not frozen!) manner.
So far, despite our thorough research, we could not find a reliable Courier company in New Zealand, that could guarantee the required swift and proper temperature-controlled transportation of Caviar to our customer. Therefore, currently for food safety considerations, we must limit Caviar delivery options to pick-up from Puhoi by prior arrangement & appointment – please contact us to arrange.
The good news is, that for Auckland-wide based customers and their bulk orders (6+ Caviar tins), we personally can do safe door-to-door Caviar delivery (this option needs personalized arrangement with the customer).
