Puhoi Organic Distillery & Caviar House is a boutique family owned & operated business, and one of the very few working distilleries in New Zealand that can be visited by appointment.

The best way to discover the unique unobtainable quality of our products is through personal experience during a tasting hosted by Master Distiller Alex Kirichuk. We are well prepared for bespoke Tours & Tastings, suited to different budgets and duration.
